The staff was friendly and the room was large and very clean. The location not far from the motorway Naples - Rome is perfect for a stopover. The large pool was a great surprise for the children. The huge covered courtyard creates a great atmosphere. Huge underground car park with sufficient parking spaces.
The breakfast could have been a little more continental, otherwise everything was fine.

Price ratio very good! There were three of us in the room and everything was great. The location, the bathroom etc. We did not accept breakfast because we always wanted to eat outside. Very large lobby and the hotel seems to be huge.
Until warm water runs a little too long otherwise everything went well. Unfortunately only got 1 card for 3 people.

Huge hotel with underground parking for vehicles up to 2m. Friendly staff who speak English well. Ice cube machines in the hallways and a nice lobby.

We had a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The hotel's location was suitable for finding nearby shopping and dining options without needing a taxi. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the parking facilities were convenient.
Everything is what we need and want in a hotel in this city.

It was a good location for traveling to Naples and the country side. Also, Caserta is a very nice city and the Crowne is in a good site of the city.
I think it could use a convieence store for newspapers, chocolate, snacks and toilettries.

It was clean, breakfast was okay for the price, there was a pool also. Good beds. Very close to the castle of Caserta. Free parking in the underground car park. What more could you want for 59€/night/ for 1 double room? dinner in the hotel's own restaurant is also good. All in all very professional.
all is ok

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful district, which can be difficult to find, but the roadside signs are clear for easy navigation. The staff here were exceptional, providing excellent service and ensuring our comfort at all times. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a spacious sitting area. We also appreciated the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms, which added to the tranquility of our stay. The hotel's restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a delectable dining experience, with special diet menus available upon request. The swimming pool and sun loungers provided a leisurely escape, and the free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient features.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Really built for business conferences - not a holiday hotel, but we were only using it for an overnight stop, so adequate.Considering this was an Italian location there was nothing 'Italian' about it - could have been anywhere. Hardly anyone staying there apart from one Saga coach party from the UK. - like a ghost town. Food was expensive compared to other Italian places on our trip.

The hotel is situated in an area which could be difficult to find although the roadside signs are clear. You’ll have to walk far in the area since there are no interesting points nearby. the room was great with comfortable beds and perfect amenities. the bathroom was also good, and the view from our room was worth it. the service was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious with many choices.
The surroundings of the hotel were unattractive and lacked character.

Convenient parking. A variety of breakfast options and good coffee.
Terrible Wi-Fi connection. Room service was not available during our stay and the staff wasn't very accommodating.

the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with modern amenities. One thing I really appreciated was the gym, which was well-equipped despite the limited space. the outdoor pool looked inviting, even though I didn't get to use it due to the chilly weather.
The location of the hotel left something to be desired. It was situated near scrapyards and abandoned buildings, and there wasn't much to do or see in the immediate vicinity.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and spotlessly clean rooms at Plaza. The effective air conditioning was a much-needed relief from the outside heat. Although the hotel is located in an industrial area, the impressive glass roof adds a touch of grandeur to the ambiance. The windows overlooking the atrium allowed us to enjoy the natural light. Despite some hiccups, the polite and friendly reception staff made us feel welcome.
